Extracts from Light, Love and Soul Progression

The book, Light, Love and Soul Progression is a collection of messages and writings as received by a humble spiritual medium, Sheila Margarets, with explanations/ comments from me (the author).

The book is filled with guidance on day to day matters, concerns expressed about the manner in which those in the seats of power are destroying the Earth Plane & most forms of Life (e.g. Mother Nature, the broad Animal Kingdom & humans in war torn zones) chasing power and greed, and the Love and Healing which is available from the World of Spirit.

The following are a few of my favourite writings and messages from the book. We all have choices to make in life and hopefully these extracts will help you to choose to make a difference to all forms of life on the Earth Plane. We all would like to see changes in many ways, but change starts within. When we accept the Light & Love & Guidance from the World of Spirit, we will be able to share the Light & Love and help other humans to change and so the light from one candle is passed to another and another...

The book highlights how we can receive guidance and help from the World of Spirit in our everyday challenges and gives insight as to how our guides and loved ones go about helping us.

The writings are in date order as received by Sheila. All the writings except those received in 2001, were shared and discussed with me during our weekly/daily telephone calls. Sheila only used pen & paper & I have retained her words for authenticity purposes.

Sadly Sheila started suffering from dementia in 2021 and the last contact I had with Sheila was in November 2021 and therafter she was moved into a home for dementia patients. Sheila took her transition in April 2025.

The messages as received from Spirit are displayed in italics and Sheila's writings and my comments are displayed in normal text.

April 2001

19th Ordained Meetings

Dearest God, thank you for all your love, this beautiful day of sunshine, thank you for all the help received yesterday as to the house. Please Father, use me for your Divine Direction, I love and trust you. Thank you for my prayers being answered.

Dearest Jesus and Mother Mary, I love and trust you, please be close to me to heal and keep me strong as to earthly matters as also my Spiritual Progression. I feel that there is so much to be explained.

Dear Jesus thank you and Mary for the help I received yesterday, I feel better, please impress all that’s concerned to help me to sell the house and to be of the knowledge of what's going on. I love and trust you.

Dearest Isaac, shalom my Sister

My dear Sister, be of peace as to all that is being brought together for you, it has been said all shall come together for you. The chance meeting as to the fine Lady of yesterday was ordained, to bring the help and understanding to you, be happy my Sister, the completion of all matters are neigh. This present situation is as it ought to be, the reasons are but unfolding making the most compatible contracts for all. You should be advised correctly to the betterment for all concerned. Be at peace in all matters, all shall be of good news for you.

Roy’s Comments

A short but wonderful writing about Sheila giving thanks for the help which she received from Spirit regarding the challenge of selling her house. Isaac, as always, uses such simple words but always brings lessons for all in his responses. The message that the “chance meeting was ordained” proves that events which we sometimes think happen by chance, are in fact organized (ordained) by Spirit. “Be at peace in all matters” is such a simple message which is often so difficult to achieve. A peaceful mind is a powerful mind.

20th Do Not Worry, and You are Not Meant to Know All

Thank you for this lovely day, let me stay strong of mind as to this event what is happening around me. I love and trust you. Thank you Jesus for your protection and love, keep me safe always and allow me to understand all that is about me.

I find it hard to accept all that I do not understand. I have not the clever mind to understand, please help me.

Mother Mary, I love you, please impress all of the knowledge to help me.

Dear Isaac, shalom my Sister.

Be not a fretting, all will be of high standard as to your new dwelling, the procedure of this house is to be. Permit your reasoning to the points that will be best for you, ask the advice that is for you.

My Sister, the greater times are to be for you, you are of excellence. As to the help, we are advising and impressing all that shall be. My Sister this is the only way, you are of the Light, no one shall be the invader as to this, your Light shall blind all who tried to penetrate, so be at peace, correct procedures shall formulate for you. As to the newness of the season, so be it, the growth as to all for you. You are strong and will become stronger. There shall be an offer for the house, which will be accepted leaving all well for you. My Sister, the great escape of all is the greater peace as for you. My Sister, the day shall arrive at this matter being sorted, let all be clear as to this matter first, then proceed. Do not worry my Sister for such is the workings of God and his Love, my Sister you are blessed with Light and Love, enjoy your days. Be not allowing yourself this worry, encounters have to be of the highest for you, you shall be very happy at the outcome of all, try to understand you are not meant to know all.

God shall provide for you, your needs are to be allocated to you, the help you will receive all shall be ever the best for you, "your win" in the midst of all you have been told, you shall be the one who shall be of goodness, it will be most exciting news for you, you will be very happy.

Roy’s Comments

Isaac brings wonderful, simple words of upliftment and advice to Sheila, which is available to all who ask for help. Sheila’s comments about not understanding and not having a clever mind is not unusual when one is faced with new circumstances, and especially those circumstances influenced by legalities such as buying or selling houses.

The message “we are advising and impressing all that shall be.” indicates how Spirit works in being able to communicate with fellow Spiritual Beings/Souls in the body involved in a particular situation, to overcome the earthly challenges and achieve the desired outcome. We often allow fear and worry to control our thoughts and emotions, and end up in a downward spiral, when we should leave it to Spirit to resolve challenges on our behalf. “Do not worry my Sister” is sound advice.

Sheila often used the expression, “Fear is nobody’s friend” as fear, worry, anxiety and all the negative thoughts do not bring about positive outcomes but rather the opposite. “Try to understand you are not meant to know all” is a message that one cannot be expected to know everything and that one should rely on others, whether in the World of Spirit or on the Earth Plane, to help us. There is so much knowledge and information available in the World of Spirit, all we should do is ask for the appropriate information and guidance.

21st Stop Carrying the Cross

Dear Jesus, I pray for a balance to be brought to me as to the earthly pathway, as to the spiritual progress. Dear Jesus, the beautiful man of wondrous words and deeds, all knowing, making your followers the very essence of peace and to know that they do have a wonderful friend in you.

Dear Jesus, my friend, please speak to me to help me to cope and to understand and to stay strong as to the time of change about me.

My Sister you can carry the weight of the cross as long as you wish but I say unto you allow it to drop, for the lightness is about you. When laden down by worry, you are unable to reason as to the worry. So be of good cheer my Sister, for it was said that to cast your net as to the second throw so it shall be filled. My Sister you are blessed and so shall the weariness that has been brought to you drop away to be replaced by the upliftment for you. Be happy, all is of the right pathway for you, it shall be smooth for you, you do have to be involved with all red tape so when the lesser understanding is about you, you should be given the help that is needed.

My Sister, lessons have been strict, so shall the rewards be sweet. Your house shall be sold, as through yourself with help awarded by the possession it shall bring the higher reward for you, you shall be allowed much praise as to your conduct and deliverance as to your composure as to what the event caused. The company of men shall be awarding you with much happiness for you, as to all completion as to the settlement. Your place shall be of a high standard as to what others expected from you.

Be at ease the rewards are yours, the taker shall be no more, for you shall be of the greater times to be. Soon all shall be of excellence for you my Sister, soon shall be of greatness for you.

Be happy for all my Father’s Blessings and Light are with you. Go forward and be ever knowing we walk and talk with you. You are ever in the pure Light of Love and Peace.

Roy’s comments

As with the previous writing, Spirit tells Sheila that she can carry the burden of worry, but the consequences thereof are that it drains her energy and removes the ability to think and reason correctly. It is so much easier to shed the load of the cross and allow Spirit to help us in all challenging circumstances. Isaac and Jesus bring so much comfort to Sheila and advise her that all will be completed in the correct way “Go forward and be ever knowing we walk and talk with you. You are ever in the pure Light of Love and Peace.”

What a blessing for Sheila to be reminded that she is not alone but surrounded by Peace and Love. This blessing is available to all who choose to Serve Spirit.

4th One can’t bring back the Past, Empty Minds, and Be of Peaceful Mind and Body

Thank you for my Prayers being answered and being Healed, and for this perfect day as to all days beginning with your Love and Help.

Dearest Isaac, shalom my Sister. Be of Peaceful Mind and Body. The echoes of the past have been proven yet once again, simply the residue of all, so be it. The emptiness of the mind in many peoples, are ever the trying tests of time.

Many watch as to all matters, not accepting that once memories have taken place, to accept the loneliness of all, no one can ever bring to what that event was, as to this moment of time.

The countryside, yet again the month of May has and will bring forth all the newness of the seasons to be, ever inviting the new growth of all. Be happy Sister for what of yesterday was upsetting and unsettling, but yet you still see as ever workings of God. The promises made are to take place, you are of the Light, no one shall or can invade your Light, you are Special.

Be of Good Counsel for We say and to you, all is well my Sister. Be ever sure that you are Protected and always we Love you. Be at Peace, We shall be your Guide and impress those who are the Key Workers. Be of Light Mind. Shalom my Sister, Isaac.

Roy’s Comments

Throughout Sheila’s writings the Love for and from Jesus, Mother Mary, Isaac, Mary Magdalene, Silver Birch, and many Ancient Souls, highlights the limitless Love which is available to All who Seek the Light.

Once again, reference is made to the past, which is past and cannot be brought to the present moment in time “no one can ever bring to what that event was, as to this moment of time.”.

No human/Soul can change the past, what is done is done!

The message “The emptiness of the mind in many peoples, are ever the trying tests of time” is a huge message which indicates that many humans/Souls throughout their realms of time on the Earth Plane, have not accepted the Spiritual Teachings and closed their minds to the Light and Love from and of Spirit.

The message “Be of Peaceful Mind and Body” highlights the need to be balanced as humans because the Body and Mind are intertwined in Spiritual Terms. It is not possible to have a healthy body without a healthy mind and vice versa. It is also important to understand that what is often referred to as Mind, Body & Soul is a reminder that the Soul needs a body to fulfill its Spiritual Mission in the current incarnation, as the Body needs a Soul to function as a human.

When it is time for the Soul to return to the World of Spirit, no human intervention can stop the withdrawal of the Soul, and thus what is regarded as death, occurs. The reference to “Key Workers” relates to those Ancient Souls who have agreed to bring Healing and Light to the Earth Plane and open the minds of humans/Souls to receive the Divine Teachings, which is Love.

15th Forests, Find Your True Self, and The New World

The New World as in my writing. This is the answer as to my writing.

To find yourself, the True Self, walk into the Forest, Stand and Feel the Love, the Honour of being a part of the "New World”. Only when you feel the Love, the honour of being a part of the “New World”, only when you feel Freedom, shall the New World of Simplicity open as the Love enters your Very Soul. Stand and feel the extract as to this New World that entices your Pathway.

It's Perfectly Organised as from the Trees, as so the Bird Kingdom, all insects that flourish of Perfect Love. The Kingdom, as so the "New World", to see all that is what it is, in Purity of this Wondrous World.

One rises with respect to the Energy of Power, silence as so "New Horizons".

The air, constant of movement, eyes that see beyond the Mists of Time, tree leaves changing colour, sun dancing upon the leaves, of sun drenched colours. Lest we forget to Embrace the Power of Love, endless is the Perfection of standing and being the member of this New World of The Forest, of Trees and Wildlife, as so be it.

I am so privileged to be as so, the fields of snow driven furrows, the silence of winter, the snowflakes so gentle and yet so quiet, Peace, as so winter atonement, so Powerful, all taking sleep, awaiting for Spring. We shall ever be of this "New World", Forest Beauty, self-driven by Trees and to say, “I have found myself”.

The Power that Never Ends, ever the Symbol of Perfection.

What a magnificent writing about Sheila’s experience as she was taken (Spiritually) into the Forest whilst receiving this writing. I was totally blown away when Sheila read this writing to me as it is so Simple but Powerful and highlights the Beauty and Power of Trees and Forests.

What a wonderful way to “find your True Self”, walk into a Forest, feel the Love and Healing given so freely by the Trees, and be still and allow Mother Nature, your Loved Ones and Guides to enter your Aura and Being.

As commented in the earlier writing, the New World and the New Horizons do not relate to what the eye can see but what the Soul receives, the Spiritual Movement towards a new Inner Being, and then using that Inner Peace and Love to serve all who seek Understanding and Light to release humans from the chains of Greed, Control and Hatred.

Hug a Tree and feel the non-judgmental Love of Mother Nature.

26th The New Self of Confidence, Applying Knowledge, Raped Land causes Landslides, and Wings of Justice

Today quiet and yet very peaceful. Father God, as so Jesus, so bringing Love and Eternal Energy of resting as to the revelations to Thursday’s hospital appointment.

Cancel all thoughts of how could this be, thoughts racing inside of Self.

Then Spirit said, “Silence child, consider the recipe of how many emotions come together and yet as to the Wonderment of how to find the Real Self”. Spirit spoke to me, Child of Light and so Humble, we speak to you as to the Messengers of the Highest Sanctum. To enable Self, the New Self of Confidence, and to see and feel the Beauty of Self, Gracious is the summit of Peace and Silence. Hear me, this happening has nothing to do as the de-creation of change for not having the greatest care for you, it comes as the change of Wonderment, cause being as so the Soul you are.

The lady that can and so open the hearts of people to understand how the higher healing consists of.

The doctor has to be as the carrier of good news as to His Self, to speak as he did to understand “Reality”, as so you, it is so much more to work with the Human, rather books still hold Great Knowledge, yet it is “Reality”.

People that have, like self, hold a new multitude of such Wonderment as Reality.

The effect as from the Knowledge self holds, in Words and seeing how both come together as Superb, Stunning evidence for this young doctor, most impressive.

Child all is of a different path of Glory Kingdom as so "the New World". Self to embrace all that you have been anointed with Love and Compassion, the key that is of the heavenly cause and effect.

This writing comes as to the greater understanding as to the "Earth Planet" as so, the Reality of the demonstration as so to Words "Book Form". The endless cause of Reality to see and feel the presence of Form, that I am so privileged to feel and see this, what has been ordained as the "New Pathway" of "the New World”, of the Trees and Nature that is so Powerful it can and does move mountains.

Enter rivulets of Water to embrace the coming of much strength of cause-and-effect. Rivers to supply the thirsty land, that can be meaningful, if the land has not been raped. Water is a carrier of good, it can be a master and yet find Love to help soil, to bring what is needed as for Reality, Comfort and Glory.

When the land has been raped, so severe landslides occur. Tender is your Love as so the morning Sun Rise, Nature your pathway of Love, Careless Words dismiss. Be of the wings of justice and the castles of much steadfast footsteps, steps that have led to Glory, so to many more steps that are to be.

Sheila we all love and pray for you, your magnificent Soul, Jack.

Roy’s Comments

Sheila had to undergo continuous eye checks and eye injections which were never pleasant for her and thus Sheila asked for Help, Healing and Guidance from Spirit.

Spirit encourages Sheila “To enable Self, the New Self of Confidence, and to see and feel the beauty of Self, gracious is the summit of Peace and Silence”. What wonderful advice that Peace and Silence can be achieved by having Self Confidence from within and embracing the “New Self”.

Spirit reminds Sheila that although Books contain Knowledge, it is the combination of Knowledge and the Application thereof that makes a difference regarding the doctor dealing with Sheila.

The message “Child all is of a different path of Glory Kingdom as so "the New World" is a reminder that we all Walk a Different Path which leads to the same destination of Spiritual Progression.

Jack was a magnificent Medium and Spiritual Healer whilst on the Earth Plane, and his message highlights that humans are on a path of destruction of Mother Nature and the Earth Plane.

“Rivers to supply the thirsty land, that can be meaningful, if the land has not been raped” and “When the land has been raped, so severe landslides occur.”

So simple, so True, So Sad that some humans show a total disregard for the Natural Resources which keeps the Earth Plane alive, and we see the result of Mother Nature reacting to the change in climate conditions imposed by Greed, Corruption and Control.

When will the minority who control the majority correct their disastrous behaviour to save all forms of Life on the Earth Plane, as well as their Souls?

The messages about Wings of Justice can be interpreted as being the Carrier of Justice (in Words) and the fortitude of the castle as a means of firmly planting Sheila’s footsteps on the Path of Truth, Light and Love.

7th Love for One Another, and The New Generation of Children of Light

Father and Mother of God and Goddess, today cold, much rain and yet the Sun now holds her face of much Happiness. I thank my Guides and Healers for all their Love, Courtesy and Supreme Knowledge of the Knowing.

Much as to the opposites of Life and to be of Love and to return Love is the Epic of the Splendour, and to endow the reason as to why all has to be of much movement, as to peoples of the Earth Planet. To embrace Words that can be of great courage for the weak and fighting Souls.

They call out for Love and yet cannot connect with the Light, as so we can construct the correct Path for their Journey, and yet they stay in the Shadows. Only when we connect with Love, can we connect with the situation and enjoy the honesty of being as "One". So as we connect, the elements of Sun can and will comfort each Soul.

Children are much at ease, if we come to them and allow the Understanding of Words and Love and show how much we Love them.

Enter the Cloud of Mist, the wind as no one can see it, except the cause and effect, leading to the laughter as Children can feel the Purpose of the Star. Twinkle, Twinkle little Star, how I wonder who you are.

So timid, so clearly their Understanding, so endures their character to open into the Treasures of many Eons of Surprise and to open the opportunity of Character Development of their Pathway.

So as this Soul evolves, so the Child grows in strength, to be of Greatness to the aspect of their journey of becoming the New Generation of Children of White Light, and to help and invite the Grown-ups to enjoy their way of life.

Roy’ Comments

This writing highlights the need of Love for one another, to help those who stay in the Shadows and to show Love for Children. “Much as to the opposites of Life and to be of Love and to return Love is the Epic of the Splendour.”

The above is very clear, we need to give Love to receive Love and if we can achieve this simple act, there will be no place for wars and the destruction which is currently taking place on the Earth Plane in 2025.

The “movement” does not refer to physical movement but Spiritual/Mind Movement. We need to move out of the Darkness and Shadows into the Light, and that can only be achieved by shifting one’s mindset to embrace the Light and Love.

The message that the Soul of the Child will grow in strength, become the New Generation of White Light and help the Grown-ups is so welcome in this dark world of Death and Destruction.

The older generations need to acknowledge that their way of death, destruction, hatred, and greed is not acceptable, and that they need to learn from the Children, who will be Guided by Spirit to bring changes and balance back to the Earth Plane.
